On Saturday, October 2nd, University of Cincinnati alumni, students and friends will be working together as volunteers for “Into the Streets,” one of the university’s largest community service efforts of the year.

During this annual event, members of the UC community will work on various volunteer initiatives alongside their UC Uptown campus neighbors. Volunteer projects are submitted by local non-profits and coordinated through the UC Center for Community Engagement. Key projects this year include painting low-income housing, offering free health screenings, and completing beautification projects in partnership with the Keep Cincinnati Beautiful Neighborhood Enhancement Program.
